A Texas heirloom birth certificate is ordered as a gift and for decorative purposes only and has an engraved intaglio border, extra-thick paper card stock, and various background security features.
You can choose from two different design styles which are the bassinet or Texas flag that come in 11 x 14 sizes. Please note that the State of Texas prevents heirloom Texas birth certificates to be issued to people whose births were established by court order or delayed record procedures.
