How do I get the authorization
letter form notarized?

You will need a valid (can’t be expired) U.S driver’s license, U.S passport, U.S permanent resident card, or a U.S military ID to show a notary public that is located in any U.S state. Then they’ll watch you sign and they will sign, date, and put their notary stamp on the Texas authorization form.

Once that is all done you can scan and email the authorization form to us to process and file.
