Can I apostille a Texas
marriage verification letter?

Yes, the Texas Secretary of State will issue an apostille or authentication certificate on an original Texas marriage verification letter that is presented to them.

For non-Hague Convention member countries, the U.S Department of State will also issue federal authentication certificates, and at any foreign U.S embassies in Washington D.C, the embassy will legalize this vital records letter but only after the marriage verification letter has been issued the required state (Texas or another U.S state) and federal (USDOS) level authentication certificates.
