How fast will I get my
documents back from you?
That depends on the State of Texas and what shipping courier and speed you chose to purchase for the prepaid return shipping label that you must provide us.
We will rush file your application in person at the Texas Vital Records office within 24 hours of receiving all the required paperwork by 4pm CST. Then as of August 15th, 2022 it will take the State of Texas 48-72 hours to find your vital record and issue a new birth or death certificate or verification letter.
Then they’ll notify us that your documents are ready to pick up and once picked up we’ll drop your documents off at FedEx or UPS that day. If you paid for overnight delivery service you would receive your new documents the next business day.
